Ordering, Care & More

Will I be charged sales tax?

If your order is shipping within California, state sales tax will apply.

What if an item is on back order?

We strive to maintain inventory on all of our products. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email as soon as the product is available again.

How do I care for my Darzzi product?

All of our merchandise come with care labels and/or washing instructions attached on the product. Please refer to the washing instructions included with each product. All of our products except wool throws, pillows, ponchos, scarves and pillows fills are machine washable.

How do I contact customer service?

Do you have a mailing list that I can sign up for?

Yes we do! If you would like to join our mailing list, please use the signup box in the lower right corner of Darzzi website. As a member of our list, you will receive information on sample sales, upcoming events, new designs, and special offers.
